INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR Chicken kadai Masala
For Kadai Masala :
1. Corinder Seeds 2 tea spoon
2. cumin seeds 2 tea spoon
4. Red chiilly 4
5. Raw Paper : 10 piece
6. Clove - 5 piece
7. cinnamon - 6 to 7 piece
8. Bay Leaf (Tej Patta) - 2 piece
9. Casew Nut - 5 piece
for masala :
1. oil : 2 TABLE SPOON
2. onION : 3 BIG SIZE
3. GINGER & GARLIC PASTE : 4 TEA SPOON
4. CHOPPED TOMOTO - 2 CUP
5. CHICKEN - 500 GM
6. SALT
7. TURMERIC POWDER
8. CHILLY POWDER
Steps -1 : Arrange all your masala like this
Step-2 : Take a oven hit upto 1-2 min.
Step-3 : Then add all your masala into kadai fry it well
STEP-4 : Take it blend and make it powder (Kadai masala)
FOR MASALA :
1. Take a kadai and hit upto 1-2 min.
2. add 2 tea spoon oil
3. add chopped Onion, and fry it till its brown.
4. Blend it properly after fry the onion like below.
5. After that blend the ginger garlic paste and keep it aside.
6. Take the kadai , hit upto 1-2 min.
7. Add 2 tea spoon oil
8. Add Chopped tomoto
9. Fry it melt it out , then add ginger garlic paste , fry it well.
10. After it become brown color add the onion paste into it.
11. Wash chicken , if you marinate chicken its fine other wise just wash your chicken
12. Add the chikcne
13. add 1 tea spoon Salt
14. Add 1 tea spoon Haldi , Chilly powder (Depend on your taste)
15. Fry for 10 min, then add the kadai masala prepared and then saute well.
16. Cover it up and put in low flame for 30 min, Normally chicken will drain all water.
17. Then after 10-15 min stair it , then once it look brown then add 2 cup of water and cover it
