Poha Cutlet | Evening Snacks (Easy Receipe)

POHA CUTLET


Poha or flattened rice is an ingredient that can be used in many ways. From poha various recipes can be made for breakfast as well as snacks. Making cutlets with them is a novel way of using them.



INGREDIENTS

1. 2 cup poha
2. chopped Onion 1 big size or 2 small size
3. Chopped 2 green chilly
4. Chopped Carrot 1 small cup
5. Salt
6. Haldi
7. Chilli Powder
8. Chopped corinder leaves
9. 3 to 4 curry leaves

How to ?
1. Take a bowl put 2 cup of poha into it pour enough water into it and soak for 5 to 10 min.
2. If you love potato then definitely boil pototo for smash , since i am not really big lover of potato so i didnt use of it.
3. Drain water from poha then add Chopped carrot, chopped onion, Chopped Green chilly, Chopped corinder leaves, curry leaves.
If you love potato again smash potato and add into it.
4. Add haldi, Salt, Red chilly powder and squash it by hand as you can see it in the video below
5. Heat your Pan
6. Add 2 tea spoon of oil
7. Then make the poha mixed as round shape as tikki looks like then fry both side.

Now go for it and have a byte , i believe you love it , since it is easy recipe wont eat up much time of yours i believe.
