Chilly prawns Dry Recipe

Chilly Prawn Easy Receipe 
This is a recipe for Chilli Prawns made the Indian-Chinese way.  Dry Chilli Prawns is very appetizing. Here is a simple recipe of how to make chilli prawns at home. 

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of prawns shelled and cleaned
  • 1 cup of green capsicum or bell pepper cut into small cubes
  • 2-3 green Chilly
  • Chopped Onion
  • garlic and ginger paste
  • chopped Garlic and ginger small amount(2 gram)
  • Chopped onion (1 cup)
  • Soya sauce (1 tea spoon)
  • Chilly sauce (1 tea spoon)
  • Tomato sauce (1 tea spoon)
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tea spoon salt, Haldi, Red chilly powder
Procedure

Prawn Frying procedure :
1. Wash and clean your prawn shelled.
2. Then add pinch of haldi , salt, chilly powder , all mixed together.
3. Marinate for few hours (I believe marinate any non veg food added extra taste)
4. Then take out the prawn add 1/2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste, Gram powder, Corn Flour.
5. Mix it well.
6. Now hit the oil two cup
7. take the prawn and fry upto its become brown colour.

Chilly Procedure :
Lets take another pan and start chilly procedure,

1. After pan bit hit add one tablespoon oil and hit upto 2 min.
2. Add Green chilly, After it become brown.
3. Add chopped onion and fry upto 2 min.
4. Add ginger Garlic chopped 
5. Then add Capsicum and fry upto 2 min.
6. Then add Tomato sause and chilly sause and soya sause.
7. Add 1 tea spoon salt, 1/2 tea spoon turmeric, 1/2 tea spoon chilly powder
8. Fry it on high flame for better taste.
9. Then add fried prawn and fry until its become completely dry
10. Then add coriander leaves into it for better taste.


Your Prawn chilly is ready serve hot with Chilly souse and tomato souse.
