Gobi Tikka | Cauliflower Tikka Pan Fry

Tandoori Gobi Tikka Recipe, a simple Cauliflower recipe that can be made for your party appetizer as a side dish with your Festive meals. Try this at your home with minimal equipment.


INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2 cup cube size cauliflower as shown in the above picture.
  2. 1/2 cup Cubed Onion
  3. 1/2 Cup cubed Capsicum
  4.  2 table spoon Curd
  5. 2 table spoon Gram Flour
  6. Haldi
  7. Salt as you need
  8. Chicken/Tikka Masala
  9. Chilly Powder
  10. Ginger garlic Paste

Procedure

Marinate Proceudre: 

Step -1 : Cut the culiflower, Onion, Capsicum Cubed size.
Step-2 : Clean your vegitable either before cut or after the cut as you prefer
Step-3 : Take a vessel with water
Step-4: add Salt, then add cubbed culiflower
Step-5: Boil upto 10 min
Step-6: Drain all water And put all onion and capsicum into it.
Step-7 : Add Curd 2 table spoon
Step-8 : Add  small amount of Ginger garlic paste (1/2 spoon)
Step-9: Add Salt
Step-10 : Add Gram Flour about 2 table spoon
Step-11: Add Chiken/Tikka Masala
Step-12: Add Chilly Powder , Add Haldi Powder
Step-13: Marinate for 2-3 hour (I prefer to keep in fridge)



Arrangement Before Cook :

Step-1 : you need barbecue stick take 3 or 4 clean it well
Step-2 : Take one Culiflower and one onion and one capsicum and you have to put inside the stick as below image
Step-3 : Repeat this step until one stick complete.
Be Ready for The Cook :

Step-1: Lets hit the Tawa or Pan
Step- 2: Add 2 spoon of oil and make sure oil should touched all over the pan.
Step-3: Take out the Stick and arrange in the Pan as like this below Image :
Step-4 : Fry both the side, make sure it well Cooked.
Step-5 : Its My stategy to make it burn smell for tandoori item (Optional)
